Our Story
Sutil Coffee. started in 2025 simply as an experiment. The founder, Joey Hart, local Realtor, Sunny Hills High School, Fullerton College and CSUF Alumni was searching for the perfect balance of organic ingredients and flavorful coffee. With the help of his friend Danyal Mohammed, owner of Chailo Coffee Club and a fellow Sunny Hills High School alumnus, Sutil Coffee now offers not only a curated selection of delicious coffee drinks, but also premium coffee beans available both online and in person.Our Founder
Joey Hart graduated from Sunny Hills High School in 2019. Always being entrepreneurial in spirit and having a passion for real estate, he acquired his California real estate license in 2020. Since then, he achieved an Associate in Arts degree in Business Administration from Fullerton College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Finance from California State University, Fullerton. Joey is also Co-Founder and President of House of Redesign, an interior design boutique company specializing in residential design. Being an avid traveller, Joey has visited the very elite coffee shops across the country and Europe to incorporate the very best they have to offer into Sutil.
Our Preparation
Sutil Coffee is a modern coffee company and mobile coffee cart built on the pursuit of subtle excellence, strategically partnered with Chailo Coffee Club in Costa Mesa. This collaboration allows Sutil to experiment, test, and refine its offerings within a full-service brick-and-mortar café, ensuring every drink and product meets the highest standards before reaching customers. By developing in a professional café environment, Sutil is able to prioritize safety, efficiency, and consistency, while delivering high-quality coffee experiences both on the cart and beyond.
