Our story
Sutil Coffee started in 2025 simply as an experiment. The founder, Joey Hart, local Realtor, Sunny Hills High School, Fullerton College and CSUF Alumni was searching for the perfect balance of organic ingredients and flavorful coffee. With the help of his friend Danyal Mohammed, owner of Chailo Coffee Club and a fellow Sunny Hills High School alumnus, Sutil Coffee now offers not only a curated selection of delicious coffee drinks, but also premium coffee beans available both online and in person.
We have a philosophy of balance—a balance of old techniques and new ones, of different all organic ingredients and flavors, and of passion and skill.
Our ingredients
We work with coffee farms in Mexico and Guatemala to source all of our beans. We use all organic unbleached flour for our pastries. We proudly serve Clover Organic milk and use their organic butter. For our milk alternatives we use Minor Figure Organic Oat Milk and Malk Organic Almond Milk. Even the chocolate chips in our cookies are all organic, fair trade chocolate.
We believe our coffee is only as good as the ingredients we use.
